No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products or services once the purchase has been completed.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the product or service
  • Failure to use the product or service

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the rare case where a product or service is not delivered as described, or as required by applicable consumer protection laws. *

* Sunnyside Custom Apparel cannot assume responsibility for the full replacement or repair cost of customer-supplied items if they are damaged during the embroidery process. In the event of damage or error, we are unable to provide a replacement item.
