What type of service should I use for my order?

Every service has is purpose and some lend themselves better to certain projects than others! Screen Printing is a great option for flexible long-lasting graphics that have only a few colours, while heat pressing allows designs with wider colour ranges and more complex designs. Embroidery is a great option for uniform and luxury clothing, but does not offer as much detail for smaller designs as screen printing or heat press options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash, Cheques, or E-Transfer.

What is your standard turnaround time?

We are always working hard to ensure orders are completed to our high standards in a reasonable amount of time. As every order is different, we aim to have about a 2 week turnaround time, but this can vary depending on service, quantity, and other factors. If you have a rush request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you have a minimum order?

For screen printing we have a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces due to the screen set up process. For all other services we do not have an order minimum.

What is your maximum print area for Embroidery?

The largest embroidery print area that we offer at Sunnyside Custom Apparel is 16" x 10.5".

How does the artwork approval and mock up procedure work?

Depending on the type of service you are interested in, we will work with you to select the desired product you would like and we will create mock ups of your design with your selected material. These mock ups will show the design placement and size. Please note that the mock ups are meant as examples and the final product may differ slightly. We will not begin production until we have confirmation from you to move forward!

How do I prepare artwork files for screen printing, embroidery, & heat press?

If you are able to provide .PDF, .EPS, .SVG or High Quality .PNG or .JPEG files then we can take it from there to prepare them for any of the services we offer! If you do not have access to the above file types just let us know and we can work with you to create a file that works for everyone. 

How does placement and sizing of a custom design work?

All of our customer's needs are unique so to help with deciding on design sizing and placement we have created a guide for the most commonly used sizes and placements.
